Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• The purchased product was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
• You received an incorrect or non-functional modded account.
• Technical issues prevent access to the purchased content.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect purchase made by the customer.
• Violation of Rockstar Games' policies leading to account restrictions.
